What about refreshed data ?
It's extremely difficult to integrate podcast performance since we are collaborating with more than 40 retailers to host the podcast episodes on their platform like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Deezer, Stitcher, Google Podcasts etc. The collection of data from all these retailers, makes the visualization of the episode's performance even more difficult.
This is why, our team has developed a preconfigured algorithm that runs on episode's unique link (ex: https://media.changemakerz.org/ep6). This algorithm can track listeners behaviour an platform use but not specific episode's performance. The episode's performance is handled by Spotify API which requires a self-request on the server database to retrieve the data.
Which are the refreshed data?
Refreshed data are the data that come from Spotify API and they need a self-request on the database. This action updates the screenshot of podcast's performance and specific's episode performance by including the total listens of the episode and the average time of listens. It's recommended to refresh these data by clicking at "Update now" section
You will receive a notification email once the data has been refreshed
